Okay if its just been 6 months don't do something this big unless you really have $400 that you are just dying to spend (or you could just send it my way for no particular reason, just saying), don't do something this big. Just go for something much smaller than this otherwise you're kind of stuffed when it gets to the year mark.
Yeah its kind of a bummer that Russia isn't in this one but hey that could be another expansion. Also wouldn't adding Russia basically mean that we would be able to play as 3 different Allied sides and only have Germany on the Axis, a little unfair game wise but pretty much historically accurate.
If you're buying a desktop just get a PC, because you'll want to be able to upgrade it at a later date which you can't really easily do on a Mac (don't even consider getting a Mac Pro if you're just a casual user because thats really not worth it). If you're looking for a laptop thats capapble of playing games then its definitely going to be a tougher choice. I own a mac book pro which I like a lot, its just a very good machine and osx is nice but on the other hand it is a bit more expensive than just a normal laptop so unless you're a student and can get a rather hefty discount its probably going to be a better use of your money (this is just purely on the basis of gaming because osx has a bunch of features which i think make up the price difference).
Why does it seem like everyone bashing motorstorm on this topic just haven't read the review at all and just looked at the 7.9. For the record 7.9 isn't a bad score it just isn't a great title. I haven't played the game yet but from the review it seems like graphically and gameplay wise this game is awesome, the only thing that is lacking is content. Now chances are I'm probably going to buy this game when the PS3 comes out over here along with Resistance and just hoping they are going to do an Epic and release stuff for free (hey I'm still allowed to dream aren't I).
