Anyways. Recently, a bunch of people have left GS. Those who have left were once officers in unions, and with GS's dwindling population, replacements are needed...badly.
But officers...are just too stressful. Leaders too.
Everyone expects this. Everyone expect that. You need to post a tonne otherwise you'll be demoted even when there are no new threads. You have to make topics. You have to update the bulletin.
People. Remember, at then end of the day, this is just a small group of gaming fans coming together.
It is not fair to expect so much. People carry entire unions on their shoulders just to have people criticize them. When their number is called, they fail to rise to the occation. "It's easy to walk the walk." Yeah. Keep talking buddy.
I'm not saying being an officer doesn't mean taking on responsibility, that's nonsense. I'm saying people need to be a bit more forgiving, and you know what, we have lives to live as well. Too many people collapse under the pressure of unions and frankly, you can't blame them.
That's all guys.
Stay frosty; Its negative 15 in Toronto.
