Put " Ratchet & Clank" as the topic in various game message boards, and you might find someone.  And, it might turn up when someone searches a search engine like Google.

(Your message was really buried in this topic.)

Hit the five totems.  Three are near Colby.

Then, buy it in the "store".

Equip it like you equip the TNT  Pack.

(It is a PACK, and not a TOOL, so you have to toggle to the pack menu.)

Boycott Toys R-Us

At 9:40 AM on September 7, 2013, I was told that the Morning Supply of the Gold Disney Infinity Power Packs was sold out, and nothing would be sold, again, until noon.

The man told me that the stores only sold half of their supply, and just to people who got there early.

I asked, What?  Yesterday I went to THREE  Toys-R-Us stores, and was always told that  NONE  OF  THE  NEW  GOLD   PACKS would be sold until noon.

I asked him if  HE  had told anyone that they were really going to sell some when the store opened, and he looked down, and admitted that he had only told a few friends.

So, I had some duplicates to trade, and wandered.  Already, people were doing returns / exchanges, after taking the packs home and scanning them.  They would keep the packs with good stuff, and return the unopened packs that had junk.

Of course, these returned packs would be added to those to be sold at noon.

That meant that anyone who bought anything at noon would have miniscule odds of getting anything they wanted.

I am going to boycott Toys R Us, and urge others to do the same.

1)  On my Wii, I can only play split-screen / co-op / 2 remotes and players

when I am in Toy Box Mode.

My "Stories" are single-player only.  (Stories are when you choose Monsters; Incredibles; Pirates; Cars; or Lone Ranger in the Main Menue.)

2)  I can swap charactes in the Story Mode, to open certain "Vault" boxes that will give me a toy or costume in the Toy Box.

3)  The Stories do have  CHALLENGES  that only certain characters can do, but they are not "Adventures".  They are simple races or collect 20 things in a given time.

4)  The game shuts off my Player 2 remote until I enter Toy Box and

Press the  A  Button to turn it back on and press the Plus Button to join in.

The PS3 has glitches, and the patch is so bad that we are advised to uninstall the patch.

The Wii / Wii U version is shortened, without some parts of the game.  They said they truncated the game, because of the limited memory.  So, the Prima Game Guide has a separate online guide for Wii owners who purchased the guide.

The third Skylanders game comes out October 13, 2013.  Do you have the first two games?

Congratulations.

Blue creatures come later, when you rescue the blue "Bunny Children".  You will not be able to miss them, because they will come to you, and be all around you in places like Mean Street South, Disney Gulch, Blot Alley, and part of Fort Wilderness.

Ortensia's pretty house is there in Ostown.  But, the thing to remember is that the owner of the Ice Cream Parlor, also, wants you to send the bunny children into a tube to him.

So, when it is time, be sure to activate the power box on the RIGHT side of the suction tubes and send them to their mother.

I hope you are talking about only paying around $20, because the game is 8 months old, and was so bad that Disney shut down Junction Point Studios, and got rid of Warren Spector.

Should YOU buy this glitchy, chain-sawed half-game?
It depends on how much time and money you have to waste, and how much aggravation you enjoy.  Sadly, on the Wii and Wii U, I can never get "100% complete" in any game slot, the way you can playing on the XBox or PS3.
Otherwise, you can watch Epic Mickey 2 on You Tube.

It is definitely not as good or long as the Original Epic Mickey game, which had problems that they promised to fix -- but didn't.

I use a Nintendo Wii, and I watched a 30-minute demonstration to about 8 middle-aged executives, and they all hated it. I could see their crossed arms reflected in the TV screen.
The display of an expert playing the beginning of the game, and unable to do tasks, caused a man to ask what would happen if someone could not do something, is it "GAME OVER"?
The person had had experience of not being able to complete a game, because he could not do certain tasks.
The disrespectful young demonstrator said, "Oh, anybody can do it."

I bought the game, anyway, and would do it again -- just for the experience.

After buying the game, there are numerous, significant glitches, and all the progress is lost, except I knew to save games on an SD card, and transfer them onto my computer, at least once an hour. Unfortunately, sometimes I cannot go an hour without a freeze or glitch.
Then, there are "death scenes" that the games auto-save saves on, so you cannot get out of a place where you are repeatedly slammed on by a door or elevator. Even when you turn off the console, you open to inescapable dying. So, having only one game slot, you have to start a NEW GAME, instead of CONTINUE.

There is a Trophy Guide for the XBox and PS3 that lets you know how many play-throughs it will take (or choose what you will do without on the Wii):
http://ps3imports.org/forum/index.php?/topic/3413-epic-mickey-2-trophy-guide-and-roadmap/

Mcbasilrocks (Lemon Curd Addict) posts on this site, and has 21 entertaining videos walking you through the game:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kC2Enh3V7f0&list=PLc9URPMS0fNB0WHovKFLNyPkTHlPw6gvN&index=1

EDIT:  During the demonstration, it wasn't just a double jump over a chasm that the expert player missed, and it wasn't just the camera angle moving in the middle of jumps among the asteroids.

It was the inability to spray the paint and thinner where the indicator was pointing.  In the observatory, Mickey had thinned and painted a planet to jump onto.  Then, while on the first planet, he was going to thin and paint the next one.  BUT,  instead of the thinner going to the next planet, it thinned where Mickey was standing, and he dropped to the floor and lost health.  All the playthroughs I have seen have Mickey aiming up and forward, at the asteroids, but the paint spraying down at his feet.

Games are about struggling to get through the story.  This game has the additional struggle of getting through the glitches and intentional mean-spiritedness of the developers.

STILL,  since you were curious enough to ask, GO  FOR  IT,  so you can get the experience.

My question was about going forward  AFTER  "finishing" the game and seeing the game credits.

The first time you use the turnstile is by putting the 3 pumps onto their platforms around the broken fountain.  Then, you pump out enough thinner, that is surrounding the fountain, so you can get to the turnstile.

The pump in the thinner river can be lifted out using a "fairy sketch".

1)  I cross the bridge and stand on the other side of the river.  Stand near the pump and put your pointer over it.  Make it so the fairy sketch is on the bottom (as opposed to the watch sketch).  When you activate the sketch and the pump rises out of the water, spray it with paint, to push it to the other side of the river.

Then, go over to that side of the river, and grab/drag it.  when you get close to it, you will get a prompt as to which button to hold down to grab something.

While holding the button down, walk it onto a platform.

Signal Oswald to activate the electrical outlet beside the platform.

2)  The second pump is on the balcony of the Gag Factory.  Jump on the accordion that is on the right side of the building, and jump onto the balcony.  Grab /hold the pump to get it down to the ground.  Then, get down on the ground and drag it over to another platform -- and have Oswald activate the power box that is next to the platform.

3)  There is a pump on the roof of Ortensia's House, which is the middle house.

Thin everything for better access.  Then, I go to the left of the thinned red barn, so it is easier to jump onto the roof.  Go over to the pump, and grab / knock it onto the ground.

Drag it onto the last platform, and activate the electrical box.

- - - -

NOW,  ENOUGH  THINNER  HAS  BEEN  PUMPED  OUT, and you have access to the turnstile  handles.

Have Mickey Mouse stand near a handle and grab it.  Oswald will automatically stand by the other one.  Now, hold/grab the handle and press your directional movement down.  You will only be able to go down ONE  LEVEL at this point in the game.

Down there, a gremlin will show you how to go forward.

EPIC  MICKEY  2  HAS  GLITCHES !!!

You are OK.  You could not do Autotopia until you have done all the bosses.  Even if you took the Projector Screen out and back, the game would not let you do it.

I believe that when you go to the bunch of projector screens at the end of Mean Street North, the first one on the right takes you to Autotopia.

TALK  with the lady on mean street who will give you the information about Gilda and her racing.  When you get to Autotopia, talk with Gilda to get the assignment.  Talk with any gremlin you see down in the Autotopia area.

The Trapped Gremlin is in that small area where there are two places with trees that can be cut off(thinned) to form flat platforms.  They are not regular trees that can be thinned to drop fruit.

The road circles the area, and the threes in question are outside the circle.  When the trees are flattened, then you can jump on a car and up to their tops, where there is a traditional trapped gremlin, with his golden electrified cage.

IF  BOTH  TREETOP  AREAS  ARE  EMPTY, then you have already rescued him, and he will be beside the garage area.

On the right of the garage area were thinnable lighter brown rocks that fell to let you into the third syphon area.

The entrance to the garage is like a slot machine, where MICKEY  JUMPS  ON  TOP and moves left or right, on the top of the wheel, to start the reels moving.  Oswald will automatically slide a bar stopper in, further and further, as the wheels align (as in orange, orange, orange).

Then, the garage door, behind that upper stage area, will open automatically.

Or, I hear you can just  SPIN  AND  DESTROY  IT,  and get on with the game.
