Will a French PSN card work in Germany? If I buy a PSN card in France, would I be able to use it in Germany, having German PSN account? Are those cards country-specific or not?

There is a wrong information in my achivements list. Instead of trophies for Fallout New Vegas PS3, there are achivements for Fallout New Vegas Xbox 360. Could you please fix it? Thank you!
This is the UK code for the Classic Pack for Fallout New Vegas. I thought it should work with my German account as it's still the same European zone. But it doesn't. :( Probably these codes are really country specific.

They aren't active it seems, wasn't able to use mine wether in the swiss nor the UK store. I informed Sony and they told me they'll check out what's wrong :S

Assassin's Creed has a resolution of 720p. Thus, your TV switches down to it. It can't play 1080p because the game doesn't support it. Check the specifications on the back side of the box and you will see. They always specify this value for each game! There are some games, which support 1080p. As far as I remember, for example, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End.
