Hi guys,
I just moved house and all of a sudden my PS3 has started to freeze, but only on certain things.
First of all if I bring up the in-game XMB, it will just sit there trying to load all the icons etc. but doesn't let me do anything and if I exit it, it just hangs and sits there with that little swirling circle in the corner.
Second both PS2 games and DVD's, if I try to watch them it goes in like normal but just stays on a black screen and doesn't do anything (The controller or touch power button do not respond, have to hard power off)
And finally Super Stardust HD, starts to go in like the PS2 or DVD (Shows the PS3 Logo) then just hangs on a black screen.
All PS3 games work fine as do most of the PSN games.
I have no idea what has caused this, the last thing I did was install Flow and Siren: Blood Curese, but this started a few days later.
Ive tried restoing default settings, besides from formatting the drive I have no idea what else to do, has anyone experienced or heard about this (Alsio I never have installed or played GTAIV on my console so it can't bhave anything to do with that)
Any advise or help would be greatly appreicated.
