I agree that MM has the most interesting story. There is just something about it that sets it apart. I also liked the end of Link's Awakening. I thought that was a nice twist in the plot and it has not been replicated since.
That is pretty interesting about the MB's and Mib's. I do agree that MM would lose a lot if it were put on the DS. I would not buy it anyway (it was probably my least favorite of all of the Zelda titles). If it were OoT I might think about it but I would be afraid that a lot would have to be compromised to make it work.
LttPis great as it is and I don't think that you need to remake it. People should play the original (especially now that you can download it on the virtual console). The two oracles could be good as a remake just because they are a bit obscure. I think that a new game would be a better idea though.
