For this one I can not forgot the GOW. This is the awesome and best action series video game which I have played too much and enjoyed it. This is the game whose complete series I have played. So for me its awesome and nice.
Yet, I have not make any donwload of the gameplay demo from E3, also not find any way how to make downloading of any gampeplay demo on E3. I think there will be time for such kind of demo.

The Borderland 1 was pretty nice, I have played it completely and it was very interesting. The Borderland 2 stage demo I have watched out and I like this. Your laptop generally support the all kind of video game. As I review the configuration of your laptop, your laptop is able to suppport any kind of the latest video game. So have not worried about it. Just install the nice games in it and strat enjoying it.
To record your PC footage just use fraps or something similar and choose where you want the clips to be saved. Set up your settings too like the framerate you capture at etc.
For the PS3 you will need to get a capture card for it
