Diablo III is Diablo 1 and 2 with better graphics. If it just would be that, I wouldn't mind the score 8.5. But the Disguised DRM server thing. THAT I SIMPLY CANNOT BARE IT! IT'S A SINGLE PLAYER GAME... I paid for the game...I want to play the game WHEN and WHERE I WANT. Just to discourage other publisher of doing the same thing, here's 6.5 for Diablo III

Painting a Corvette and a Ferrari with the same paint and you'll end up with both car as shinny as the other but that doesn't mean the Corvette is worth the Ferrari. It just mean it has the same paint. You just have to look at the spec of both machines and it is clear who, in the long run, will go faster and get prettier result.
