make it so you only can pay for cosmetics. Then maybe i'll buy it.
As a huge Star Wars fan i'm finding it incredibly dificult to hold out on playing this game, but i think it is important we all take a stand for the sake of the future of gaming.
I'll wait until the microtransactions return and see what new system they come up with, then i'll make my decision to buy or not to buy i guess.
I have a 500 mbit connection and tried some of the streaming servicea available.
There is still a small lag, even if it is 0.1 sec. For competetive gaming i really don't see this happening, i think the connections need to be much much faster. Or they need to make a new technology where as the server for the game is the same server the players are streaming from, so everyone gets the same input lag
my friends and i had fun with this game. At first i didn't realize it was an RPG shooter, i thought it was a squad based shooter, without rpg elements.
We sure had fun but we won't buy it. The MMO touch it got kinda blows and this is the reason why we'll probably not pick this one up as our experience is that you have to put a lot of time into these kind of games to achieve anything.
@ chechack.. i have alienware pc too.. only thing i do on it is msn :S these days its all about consoles my friend ;) i play dragon age on my pc now because im totally addicted to dragon age and people wanna watch tv at night (on the tv my xbox is connected to)
i cant really tell what the difference is judging by these screenshots, however i have both 360 version and pc and i know from own experience that the pc is better, but its also 10x more expensive than my xbox so no big suprise there. kind of stupid to compare but anyway thats just my 2cents
