Holy crap I can't believe there hasn't been a MASSIVE law suit on this.

1.) You pay how many hundreds of dollars for the system. Then you have to shilll another $50 for controllers. Then at least $50-$100 for a headset and that crap. Then ya gotta figure four games a year at another $200. So by the time you're done, you've got $700 invested into the system. You should get incredible customer service for that kind of money.

2.) The fact that they're charging people in excess of $100 for any repair is ludacris. They're system broke because they're f-ing idiots. The fact that this system has been distributed with this many bugs is mind blowing. Bilking people out of as much money as they can.

3.) Considering that less than 10 years ago, it cost you half of what it does today to game, it's ludacris that people are letting game companies get away with this stuff.

Really, someone needs to get some lawyers together and sue these jerks. Seriously, it's akin to consumer fraud. Just like a lemon law on a car, you should be able to get a full refund and or have all expenses covered. if I'm spending $700 just to sit down on the couch and play, you'd better get your money's worth. If mine broke on me like that, i'd go ballistic on the phone. Stand up to these morons.
