This is a weird topic in terms of MGS... cause if you think about it, they're all part of one story, each game is just a different (very long chapter) kinda like the lord of the rings BOOKS, the movies were not made seemlessly into one another... in my oppion the best installment was Metal Gear Solid. It wraps up nicely wasn't difficult to follow either... were as MGS2 is a setup for MGS4 obvioulsy, and MGS3 was a prequel and wasn't about solid snake... so really for continuity purposes it's a METAL GEAR game not a METAL GEAR SOLID game haha... MGS3 was a good game, just in my opinion it was kinda like Kojima needed to clear things up for us youngins that didn't quite grasp the Big Boss saga... but i'm rambling, all good games, all good stories

My Xbox and my girlfriend don't realy have the best relationship.

She made me laugh my ass off earlier and I wanted to share with you guys. So she was complaining again about how I spend more time and attention on my xbox rather her. So I said: '' at least you know where i'm at, and you know i'm not out with some other girl, isn't that comforting''.

She said she'd rather have me bang some other chick. At least i'd do my thing and get back to her instead of sitting hours talking to guys that trash-talk all the time. lol.

i had a similar problem, but in my case my girlfriend actually enjoys watching me play. sometimes i gave her the headset and she talked, it was great... untill she took over my xbox, she started playing halo 3, cod4, and to this date she has 4 times as much match time accumulated on cod4 than i do, and she's on her first prestige ands about to get her second i'm still haven't reached 55

if you ask me and i know you didn't ask, try and include her and the two of you can play "happy aniversary babe, here's your present... i 12 month subscription to xbox live! it comes with a headset and a camera for picture messaging so i can send you a picture of my junk"

Research Spore as I'm too tired to explain all the features it will bring to the table. As for the underlined, I'm not even going to touch that statement as you are trying to open a whole can of worms there buddy ;). Anyhow my point stands, it will do nothing to revolutionize the sandbox genre, just refine it.

i'm not trying to open a can of worms, i'm just stating that more and more game developers are shifting more and more resources to console games, look at the number of PC booths at came confrences... it's dwindling each year and i am a PC gamer, for the longest time i played nothing but PC, a FPS without a mouse is so alien to me i can barely stand to play them on consoles

I doubt if GTA4 will be anything special, if you ask me it'll end up being overrated.-Phaz-
