These are screenshots of an ongoing fangame called Chrono Crisis. Its being developed by an amateur (but talented) programming team using RPG Maker XP. Here's a forum on the game:

It's intended as a sequel to Chrono Trigger, but they've considered redoing the story to make it an original game. That's to stop any legal troubles that Square might give em. We'll see.
