well. Rare is in cahoots with Microsoft now and any game made by Rare is used by Microsoft. thats why we wont be seeing a Banjo-Kazooie game for the Wii anytime soon. So if these games do come out for download we'll see them for XBLA and not Wii VC unfortunately.
