I have both fusion and hunter in my DS, I would say both games are equel in fun, hunter is part of the prime series so the game takes place from the first person view. graphwish the game looks great for a hand held. the controls do get some getting use too. but if you played metroid prime on the gamecube, you will enjoy hunters. but IMO, I love fusion just a little bit better then hunter. it maybe I enjoy the platform style of metroid, to me the game is a little bit fasterpace when you are jumping from platfroms and shoot trying to stay alive. (hunter dose have it, just not as much IMO). and pluse maybe because I grew up on playing metroid on the NES, so I am a bit found of Old school gaming. But if you enjoy metriod games, you can't go wrong with hunter. so pick up your blaster and happy shooting. "see ya in space Cowboy"
