I have both, like both, and the answer is Wii U. By a lot. The difference between them is first party. Third parties are sparsely supporting both platforms but Nintendo is about to release multiple heavy hitters in the next year or so. Donkey Kong, Mario 3D Land. Mario Kart 8, Smash Bros 4, and Zelda are all going to sell systems. There will probably be game droughts and sales dips in between their releases as was common with Gamecube and N64, but history shows that Nintendo's first party is going to come through for them. Vita, on the other hand, gets niche new IPs and ports of old games from Sony. Sony's biggest series are Uncharted, Hot Shots, God of War, and Gran Tursimo. Hot Shots didn't sell and was ported to PS3, Uncharted didn't make much of an impact, the God of War game for Vita is a port, and Gran Tursimo is MIA.
I use a trackball in games that don't require me to control a camera with the cursor, so that works great on the couch. I also use a Logitech F510 for a lot of games. The gaming mouse is mostly for strategy games, FPS/TPS, and 3D RPGs.
I like the Ducky mechanical keyboards. They're simple and inexpensive but well constructed, and you can get almost any color microswitches (red are great for gaming, blue are great for typing, black and brown are good compromises).
The Flash on SEGA Master System is really good. Detailed and colorful graphics, large levels, good music, lots of combat options. The Game Boy game is also good but more linear and simplistic (they're both based on the early 90s Flash TV series). Justice League Heroes: The Flash on GBA is a quality Wayforward BMUP. Superman: Shadow of Apokolips on Gamecube is just about the only good Superman game out there. There are plenty of good Batman games, though.

Work has become my workout also. I used to lift before by current job but that job beats me down every shift. 5-8 hours per shift of running all over the store, climbing up and down ladders, moving around exercise equipment, etc. with one shift a week of working the truck unloading is all the workout I can deal with right now. lol We get at least three trucks a week, each 30+ pallets. I always work the trucks and I spend all the rest of my time pulling web orders (I usually pull roughly 100 web orders in an 8 hour shift).
