Thank god they changed the icons. The old ones were so enigmatic. I couldn't tell what they meant let alone what kind of game I was buying. This is especially true for parents out there that unknowing bought Mature games for their kids since they couldn't understand the old icons. It wasn't their fault. The whole damn rating system was broken. Now these new ones are much easier to understand and will make it easier for parents to make proper decisions about what to buy for their children. I imagine we will see alot fewer school shootings because of this. :P
