@uninspiredcup: It is not the developers responsibility or duty to provide you with a game and the means to not play the game.

@Mozelleple112: DLSS3 is not implemented yet in DD2, no doubt because the publisher and execs (not the devs) demanded that the release date be met even if optimization was not finished. PureDark released a mod implementing it, but has noted that it is causing some people to experience problems, which highlights why it was not implemented yet (but is there in the code for them to do so when they get it right). Soooo, yeah, comparing it to a DLSS3 game is a bit of apples and oranges for now.

RE3 doesn't have even remotely the scripting running in the background that DD2 does for the determining the behavior of the NPCs/Pawns, etc. I am pretty sure Capcom has released a statement explaining that this is a primary cause of the excessive load, particularly in towns.
