@picho86 @yavix @Arcturuss idk whether you're saying giana sisters is challenging or frustratingly difficult, but I thought it was the former. There were a couple places (especially the final boss) that definitely were frustratingly difficult, but I just chocked that up to it being by a small team with relatively less QA resources.
@Nightrunner0007 @equinator3 I suppose you didn't get my joke. And I'm sure the incredibly fun and creative dungeons in SS don't even compare to the ones in Ocarina for you. Every hipster in the world loves to say SS was just "average", but I've never heard any of them back it up with actual flaws from the game.
I love that a bunch of men have commented here "Yeah, Farmville and Angry Birds." Those games are different enough from what we play that their players should be categorized differently. I know women who play games other than these exist, but there's no way they even come near (let alone, exceed) the number of teenage boys who play them. One multiplayer match with voice chat can teach you that. Finding women that respect our hobby is hard enough, let alone ones that share it.
The easiest platform to release on by far, and probably the one that would draw in the most dedicated players. I didn't even know it wasn't coming to PC until this pointed it out: It just seemed obvious for it to. Apparently it isn't obvious enough for Activision. The only thing I can think of is that Activision is strategically trying to get these 400 and 500 dollar boxes to sell better sooner.
2014's everywhere... Okay, Tom McShea, go write your negative opinion piece about Nintendo. You have my blessing this time. The next 3D Mario scales down, the retro title that "everybody wants" is just a carbon copy of their last one, we still can't even get a title for the Monolith Soft game, and we have to wait til 2014 for the wii u to have much of a library.
This guy actually said something positive about Nintendo... and he wrote an article that I actually kinda liked (despite some glaring grammatical errors)...
Maybe I'll take him off my shit list if he gets around to publicly apologizing for his Skyward Sword review.
This should be titled: "Gamespot's Trouble with Finding Something New to Talk About On Their Website" It's like a biweekly thing for them to post something negative about Nintendo on their feed. Why the hell aren't they doing this about the blatant example of rehashing that is the yearly COD?
"There is a plane in Porco Rosso, but wait, there's also a car in Ni no Kuni, right guys." Not sure what the point of this video was, but I had my hopes up for some kind of insight from level 5 or ghibli. Heck, I would have taken an interview with their janitor.
