I'm just not sold. Developers are barely, with any consistency, making 30FPS at 4K, HDR, ray tracing, and all the other fancy effect you can think of. Even fewer are reaching these milestones at 60FPS. The PS4 Pro actually made sense as an upgrade to the ordinary PS4 because it allowed for all those fancy new 4K TV's being sold to have better visuals at higher performance than the standard PS4, some games even ran at 4K. The PS5 Pro makes even less sense than the redesigned PS5 which costs less to produce than the standard PS5 yet costs more.

I wish him all the luck but he's trying to adapt a story to screen that has already been adapted once masterfully. If he needs a book to adapt he should go to a library and adapt a book that has not been made into a movie yet. As an older movie fan I doubt I'll want to see this since I consider the Schwarzenegger version incredible. He's brave, adapting properties starring Arnie into new continuations or versions haven't been well received or super successful.

@M_T_Mabowels: Thank you for the reply. I don't agree that the other things in the article are worth mentioning. Remote Play was a great idea and when it worked it was fantastic. The problem with the feature was always the connection. Even if you had a stellar home network connection, something I have always had, it was not always a great experience trying to connect the two devices. With regard to 3D Blu-ray compatibility lets be real, nobody really cared about the feature. I agree it is sad they dropped support for it but the reality is that very few people bought 3D blu-ray movies. The reality about blu-ray home playback is that no game console has ever done it as well as the PS3 which is sad for every Sony console after since it was the absolute gold standard of blu-ray players. The PS4 was trash in comparison and the PS5 is worse than the Xbox Series X.

If he gets the role as a villain in a James Bond film I hope he plays a role similar to the villain he played in the movie Shoot 'Em Up. Smart, capable, motivated, and brutal.

The only thing I didn't understand about this article was how the movie Ghostbusters Afterlife was divisive? It was exactly what the franchise needed to move forward instead of that trash Ghostbusters movie before it. It delivered an impressive new cast that could carry the franchise forward, a fun story and new setting to shake things up, and the proper send-off of the original cast. It got everything right and potentially created some future megastar actors in the process.

Only 2 of these 5 things is worth mentioning as a way the PS4 is better, and that is custom themes and VR. VR is still not a great feature but it is worth mentioning. People still pining over PT, just sad. Here are some other things that should have made the list: Live From PlayStation. Here is an app/hub that showed streams from people streaming from PlatStation consoles. The long lost social media sharing. You used to be able to post images from your screen saves or have notifications post directly on your social media feed notifying people when you were playing online. More streaming options. When PS4 first launched you could stream to more than just YouTube or Twitch. They removed a few services you could stream to and never added any more.
