It's not really that there is a problem with that type of site, it's just that it is too biased to be a useful tool. ALL rated M games on the site are rated "no kids," (with the exception of halo) which really just defeats the purpose of what thesite is supposed to do:take the time to honestly rate each game by its content and give it an age rating.
Yes, it's been down for awhile. Unfortunatley, know one knows why, or how to get around it. I've been having the same problem, since I've been trying to create sub accounts, which require a PC. However, I have heard that you can redeem codes and manage your account on the Qriocity site.
