[QUOTE="dominae"][QUOTE="linkforever1"][QUOTE="iceldc"]LOCK THIS THREADlinkforever1I'm allowed to have an opinion. Grow up.Yes you are. And saying that Nintendo's online sucks and that you should just go buy a 360 is, in fact, trolling, no matter how much you say you love the system. There are better ways to vent your frustration or to organize your thoughts. Your words and responses seem as jaded as your opinion. I'm sorry for being a human and having emotions...Often times it is the best way to to get the message across. I'm sorry for the "wording" I used(Sucks) but they are the most powerful words and that is exactly how I feel.I'm not blaming you for your opinion. I'm only pointing out the manner by which you presented it.

nintendo has been making online games since 2004...they've had plenty of time.[QUOTE="linkforever1"][QUOTE="ziproy"]It sounds like your problems are with dumb people online. Sure they should have gave us more options, but how can you blame the system for stupid people online. XBOX Live wasn't prefect for a long time, this is NINTENDO's first couple online games so cut them some slack.-Sole-
Yes, Nintnedo has had online for the DS since 04'. However, I think the Wii is a wii bit more complex and therefore requires some more tweaking. At first the DS wasn't WiFi, but then another company helped power Nintendo's WiFi (sorry, their name escapes me at the moment)
Wasn't Mario Kart DS Nintendo's first online first-party game? That was released in '05. What game am I missing?[QUOTE="dominae"]How is this thread not locked yet  :|linkforever1I followed the rules and I'm just voicing my opinion...Trolling, flame-baiting, comparing systems, discussing SSBB, . . . exactly which forum rules did you follow?
Reggie very recently stated that Nintendo is looking to explore all of Nintendo's properties, and there will be a big announcement at E3. If you listen to IGN's Wii podcast, you'll hear Matt Casamassina and Bozon "all-but confirm" a new Kid Icarus. That alone captures my attention. They also seem to believe that the big E3 announcement could be Pikmin 3. They also believe Animal Crossing Wii will hit shelves this Christmas.
Then again, they could be wrong.
I was going to mention FFIII. it really had many sad moments. I specifically wanted to mention the scene after you defeat Phantom Train, as *old spoiler* Cyan watches his family ride the train away to the underworld. All the music cuts out, and it's completely silent. You just stand there as Locke, watching Cyan stare off into the distance. That was probably the moment I realized that games could involve such deep emotional connection. (Either that, or Celes' Opera).Well. If i have to choose a certain moment or scene in a game, definetly it would be the suicidal scene of Celes in Final Fantasy III in SNES.
I did almost cry.

God, I love FFIII.
