I was wondering if someone here knows of any games similar to them in terms of the scale of the monsters like the Colossus in SotC and the Titans in GoW preferably available on Steam.... I have a thing for huge monsters. Don't judge me.

Talk about a bombshell. For those who don't know who Jason Rubin is, this should cover all bases. The man is a visionary and his 2004 D.I.C.E. keynote was a great piece on how the the workings of publishers have to fundamentally change to really nurture the industry. There's no better man who could change THQ's ailing fortunes and turn the company around.

Oh, and hereare two GameTrailers Bonus Round episodes featuring Jason.

I'm getting it. But not beeing able to co-op makes me a sad Panda

robertlie
You can play co-op. 4 players are supported; 1 with a keyboard, 3 with controllers. I just played 2 player in the demo with a friend. Works to perfection.

What's the drm?

dsgsdfgf

Surprisingly good. The digital versions have one time onlline activation while the retail version is totally DRM free. Ubisoft is learning; let's give them a reason to give up on DRM for good.

It's available here, here and here and other places too. Doesn't officially come out till another 8 hours or so. Everyone NEEDS to buy this game; it's basically the litmus test for Ubisoft to port future games like it to the PC. If it doesn't sell well, I'll have lost all faith in consumers to ever try new, innovative content.

It has a better art - its drop-dead gorgeous - than the Mario games not to mention more fluid platforming. Not to mention that the PC version comes with the 4 player co-op mode in it. Epic boss battles and the ability to ride a seedy mosquito! I just bought a Razer Onza to play it on with a friend. Icing on the cake it's HALF the price of the console version; only $29.99.

How could you not want to buy the game looking at these screenshots?! Spread the word and the save the game industry. No pressure :D.
