These ambitious fan made projects always drag on for years only to abruptly be Abandoned/Cancelled (Remember Team-Gizka and Knights of the Force?).

I am hoping that this ends up being a success, but i am not holding my breath.

They can't change it, it would be a violation of their new copy and paste policy.

A lot of people like me came from an Xbox 360 and never had a chance to play this game, Glad they decided to port it to the PS4.

All of these companies are going backwards, Microsoft: From Xbox 2 to Xbox One, Nintendo: From 3DS to 2DS.

There won't be enough Xbox One owners to do a class action lawsuit anyway.

They are going to be in for a surprise when they find out that most mobile users are only interested in casual games.

@craigprime @denny33142 The "One" doesn't really matter, the fact is that he is using "Xbox" as part of the domain name, Xbox is not a dictionary word and is owned by Microsoft.

Not trying to defend Microsoft but there are laws that prevent a person from using a domain name that is similar to a trademark a company own's. Since Microsoft owns the trademark of "Xbox One" and this person has no legitimate business reason to own the domain name they pretty much have no choice but give up the domain.
