Yeah it's a shame for a decade I waited for a sequel to the very fun mercenaries at the end of the game they clearly show another story in the works but guess it got canned. Perhaps the franchise stopped being popular or something but pgi did a masterful job of raking a ton of cash on it without putting any true quality work into it, they are a small team just wanting to get rich off of it.

Without a story it will never be a real game too me, it's counter strike with mechs and a very bad version of cs.

You wouldn't be reliving glorious times in halo playing a broken pc game of halo. I remember the best time of halo pc they were amazing but it was clear they did not continue to patch thee game very well, just became a mostly broken lagggy mess. Most matches are just races and rocket launcher only games,

Halo reach still have good numbers considering how long it's been out more than twic what halo4 has.

I hear ya hofuldig game is garbage, only way you will have fun is if you play with a group that you can at least just chat with while playing, it's the only way I play if I do, I refuse to play this game solo it's too boring and pointless, but at least you can have fun chatting with people and joking around.

Yeah it's bullshit the entire game is a sham, I hate that I got addicted to it. I did get the Thorn but it's pathetic, I can pass a kindey stone faster than it reloads and has a puny 6 clip, I've gotten plenty of legendary and exotic stuff one hair away from 29 and well it's pointless. Ever evolving world my ass you spawn at the same place everytime the only think you do is farm for spinmetal or helium or relic, I have no need for more gear or weapons this game has a shockingly short amount of vaience in weapons as well.

I cant believe this is what Bungie gave us. They lost my respect and will never buy another game from them again, I cant wait for the master chief collection to come out that will finally get me off this pathetic game. Hell I've tried the raid twice and at the boss part everyone just starts quitting out or I lose my connection.

Yeah I have yet to actually get past that chainsaw dude I got bored of dying or him finding me when I wasn't even in the same point of view as him was behind a wall.

Mostly the reason is I'm addicted to getting more loot form Destiny and haven't really cared to play this. Hopefully soon I will just push myself to playing it but thats the problem it did not present itself in a way that made me go WOW this is freaking cool like the real silent hill games did, I still remember how scared I was playing silent hill 2 for the first time when I was 13 I had to turn it off before I even got to the first enemy lol man those were the days!

This game does not do that for me, and the fact that bullets will be so rare is disappointing for me personally, I know this is survivor horror but ti's not fun when it's so hard to kill something that you are forced to play the sneaking game, thats just not what I want in a horror game, I want my character to be tough and resourceful without these gimmicky hid e in a closet while the enemy passes by since you cant even hurt it.

I dont say how this game changes the horror franchise at all. Graphically it's not that special, it uses a lot of what very old games have been using for like nearly a decade now if not more. Doesn't mean it's bad but it hasn't taken me away from that damn addicting destiny game.

I dont feel sorry for him he was just a pathetic loser with no life probably no real friends his life was this one video game and it's not even that great of one. I also bet he was single and never even had sex in his life. You gotta wonder about his parenting as well, I grew up playing games but my parents taught me the value of enjoying your life in more than just one way, hell my parents are not for me playing video games at all though which I just say "you kept buying them for me* but they took me out camping fishing, to see family, I made friends, hell I'd say Boy Scouts helped me enjoy nature a lot more as well and made friends in that even got the Eagle rank which helped me land my first job as a young teen. Hell my late dog Sam passed away years ago was like a brother too me and he made my life even more enjoyable but obviously this guy had no one and it's his fault me made his choice, this was as good as committing suicide.

Now I'm 26 married have a month old son named James Tiberius Burk...ya I know but it's still bad ass, have a great career that makes great money and best benefits around the world very few can match it, specifically I am a welder at John Deere so I also learned a skilled trade, own a house and a couple of very nice cars and even all of that I still love playing video games but I play them for a few hours then go out side gets some fresh air hold my son, work out a lot I do things more important than just playing a video game.

This person was a weak idiot who had the potential do some real good in his life time not just for himself for others instead the moron decides it's a good idea to sit on his ass and play a video game till he literally drops dead...HAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!! Thats freaking rich man, I'd say his parents are partly to blame as well after all he likely was living in their house still as I cant see a roomate being ok with a guy just playing a video game all damn day long and not interacting or doing anything.

I'm sure the lord is having some serious words with him not sure and actually doubt you will go too Hell if you wasted your life like this but dont really know, it might not be an eternity of pain or anything like that afterall Hell eventually gets closed and the Devil gets locked up for like a thousand years or something like that as it's written, but this guy hardly deserves a happy ending. Also to note committing suicide is a sin, not sure if it's one you go too Hell for but it is a sin one punishable.

Idk I just thought this was news worthy gamers need to get their acts straight idiots like this is just more fuel for the news to bash gaming and make excuses that they should be taken away.

I just dont like it when they completely take away your chance of surviving though thats all I'm saying. I have been playing horror games since I was a kid and so far I have had my best experiences in those times than in todays, not because I'm older and tougher but because the genre really hasn't gotten better with time. I'm tired of having to hid in a locker as an enemy that can kill me in one hit slowly goes by.

I just dont feel this game does it better than lets say resident evil 2 or the first 3 silent hill games, all of them have puzzles but the older silent hill and re games never took away your guns at least not at the very beginning and the characters were typically a lot more interesting especially James Sunderland from silent hill 2.

If the main character you play as had more character and showed a little more emotion thats realistic to the situation I'd probably play it more but I have only really played the first chapter. It just doesn't scream keep playing over and over.

I'll get into it but it's just not one of those games I'd have fun just playing by myself.

Like I said it doesn't feel like it was really meant to be on a next gen console, they probably just slapped it on their so they could make more money. I dont regret buying it as I know I will get into it eventually, but just dont see that it was necessary to get it at release, I could have easily waiting till a price drop if there was a demo.

I hate it when a games main character is weak it sorta just takes away from the experience for me.

I also dont like it when they design a game that will have you being killed over and over, and forced to hide and avoid enemies because you are not given any weapons...I know why they did it for the tension but I've never liked that bit in the horror games these days I get bored of this gameplay, it's why I have never been able to beat any of those games like amnesia or outcast.

I'm not saying it's bad as I said in my other topic but I just dont feel like this is the horror game we have been waiting for this next generation, I still feel kojima's silent hills will more likely be that game.
