Is anybody else having problems with the HDMI connection on their system? I'm pretty sure it's a handshaking issue between the system and the TV, but after testing other devices I'm finding that it's definitely the system. When I boot the thing up, everything is washed out in green. Sometimes, if I'm lucky, the display flickers between green and normal, like it's supposed to be.
If I fiddle with the display options and make it redetect a couple of times, this usually fixes it in the menu. But then whenever I play a Blu-Ray movie, it is ALWAYS washed or flickering green. Playing a game from disc works most of the time, which is nice, but overall it's pretty irritating and just ends with me turning the system off in disgust.
And of course, Sony support is no help. Am I the only one?
