There's little point in buying games physically on PC, they have product codes so it renders it pointless. I just stick to Steam.

Personally I'm having a lot of fun with Windwaker HD on the Wii U, but I have no doubt that Smash will be a great addition to the system. Though I'm still getting the 3DS version as well.

I voted Gold because of Dishonored, but Plus actually is the much better deal as it's cheaper and if you own a PS4 and a PS3 and Vita you get more content across all the platforms.

A quick google search would have shown you that I am correct.

It's a well documented problem among multiplayer gaming in the PC community and why many people, myself included, prefer multiplayer gaming on consoles.

Also very few people use modded console controllers on consoles, and to the best of my knowledge no modded controllers exist for the PS4 and Xbox One. Really I shouldn't have to explain this to a supposed PC gamer "expert" such as yourself, it seems like you're just another fanboy being dishonest about the pros and the cons of his platform of choice. Too bad, I thought you were going to be one of the cool PC gamers based on our previous conversations, but guess not.

The top rated comments on your link are quite revealing...

Also, you're still making claims on console gamers. You've at least agreed that devices that allow users to cheat exist on consoles but you seem to possess knowledge in regards to how many people are using such devices. I'm simply asking you to substantiate your claims and not to direct others to make your arguments for you.

Lastly, your insults are not only irrelevant and baseless but shallow. I don't remember ever holding a conversation prior with you and never have I claimed to be a PC expert, if anything I gravitate towards Sony and Nintendo systems.

User comments don't prove or disprove anything. System advantage creates an unfair advantage in PC multiplayer gaming and it's a well known fact, all PC gamers know this, only the fanboys deny it. But there's no point in discussing this further with you, your bias clouds your ability to accept or admit the truth. So I'll just leave this here and leave it be. Go to around the 2 minute mark and it talks about it.

I think that GameSpot wanted to get rid of Carolyn because she's transgender and merely used the mass layoff as a cover for their discrimination. I must admit, however, that my theory is baseless.

Yeah it is. Especially seeing as how GS is located in San Francisco, probably the gayest city in the world, and how Kevin Vanord used to work for the GS and he is gay (or at least that's what I heard anyway). Don't know, don't care, point is I think playing the "homophobe/bigot card" is disingenuous.

It seems most of the hate Carolyn comes from transphobia and sexism rather than any rational reason.

I don't think so....I'm sure there's some bigots out there no doubt but most of the issues I see people posting about him/her relate directly with his/her reviews. I didn't think most of her reviews were bad, but her GTA 5 review certainly was. It was over the top preachy and felt like it was reviewed by a ********.

It was an unprofessional review to say the least and she should have left her political/social views out of it.

I also prefer multiplayer gaming on consoles as it's more balanced and skill based as nobody has a system advantage, on PC it really all depends who has the best hardware.

Better sound detection through headset = advantage on consoles

Having better hardware does make the player perform to his/her full potential but it's hardly indicative of who will win. I'd stand no chance against truly better Dota 2, starcraft, w/e else players even if they were using a laptop with a crappy touchpad and I'm all decked out in high-end Razor gear.

Not always, but quite often it is the case.

Do you have any kind of source for such a claim?

I have personal experience, I do not document my gaming so your question is rather asinine.PC gaming creates an unfair advantage in multiplayer as whoever has the best rig will dominate. Consoles have no such problem as everyone has the same hardware.

I'm sure you can use google to find examples of what I'm talking about. This is a common complaint about multiplayer gaming on PC.

Anecdotal evidence is not proof. It's the weakest thing you could possibly support a point with. Bring proof of high end hardware making players "dominate."

Consoles aren't level playing fields as posted earlier through modified controllers and headsets. You've still yet to address those points and claiming that console gaming allows for equal footing, which at this point is just being dishonest.

A quick google search would have shown you that I am correct.

I wouldn't come to this forum looking for answers, people here are notoriously biased fanboys and all have agendas. So be careful who you listen to.

My advice to you is to get the system with the exclusives that you like. They are both going to play the same multiplatform titles which look and play the virtually same across both systems, so the only real difference is in the first platform titles. PS4 has Infamous, The Last of Us, it's getting Uncharted later, probably a God of War and a Ratchet and Clank, Little Big Planet 3, Gran Turismo, etc....The Xbox One has Halo, probably a future Gears and Fable, Ryse, Sunset Overdrive, Killer Instinct, Titanfall etc....

The two systems also have different purposes. The PS4 is primarily a focused gaming system where as the Xbox One does play games but it's more of an all-in-one media device primarily, though both systems have netflix and hulu etc....The PS4 is a bit more powerful and about $100 cheaper, the Xbox One has Kinect and let's you watch tv, stream music, and play games all at the same time. If you have a Vita you can play your PS4 games on it. Both systems require a subscription to play online, PS+ is $50 and Xbox Live is $60, both are pretty much the exact same thing and they both give you free games to download.

Hope this helps!

I can name plenty of PC games such as company of heros 2, Dota 2, Path of Exile, Goat Simulator (lol), Slender the arrival, Arma, Rodina, Diablo 3......these are all PC games that I have and recently played.

Like I said the fanboys will never admit to anything. There are pros and cons with both platforms, and as someone who has the luxury of being able to game on both platforms I know the difference. PCs have their advantages in some areas, consoles have their advantages in some areas, it just depends on the gaming experience that best suits your tastes.

Uh huh,

You're not fooling anyone.

I'm not trying to fool anybody, fanboys refuse to listen to anything or believe anybody unless it helps reaffirm their already preconceived bias that their platform is perfect and flawless and all others are terrible and should be thrown in the garbage. PC fanboys are no exception.
