Well if F1 11 is anything to go by Codemasters can make a good sim. I don't like the idea of watered down handeling just have aids that can help newcomers. GT5 could as should have been the best driving game out but they messed it up by not making the campain as good as GT4. The car handeling was spot on. Online racers will alway sufer with the same problem, idiots who want to just go online and either crash there cars up or show them off and not do what they shoul be doing and race. Would be good maybe if the game penalized you for smashing your car up maybe by making you spend (game not real) money to fix it before you can use it again. But this game has to provide good wheel suport otherwise theres no point in making it a sim imo. Also games like this will always stuggle when it seams that most gamers use Xbox, and in reality you have to have either a PC or PS3 to have any type of decent Wheel.

First things first this is a GAME not real life. I think that developers are showing a lot of respect for the real soldiers by not showing the horendous nature of real warfair. Do we really want out kids playing a game that will mess their heads up for the rest of their lives, I know I don't. I think that by playing games like this you can get a glimps into wot a soldier goes though without seeing everything that they see for real. Plus as stated in the video who wants to play a game that once you get shot and die thats game over and have to sell the game. Would be annoyed if you'd only been playing for and couple of hours and died after paying out for the new game. Secondly I don't think you can say that any film that has ever been made that even gets close to what real life war is like. Most made in Holywood are glamed up so that viewers will watch oh and they tend to twist the truth slightly (some more than others) to make out how great one side is. The simple fact is that there is no game on the market that is truly realistic. Even sim racing games aren't realistic simply due to the fact that you are not actually racing. Therefore all game developers can only make games look realistic with out actually being able make them realistic.

Oh one last thing as to soldiers being shot in the back and still being able to kill the person who shot them, dont forget the fact that most solders where body armer.
