I was browsing Kickstarter today and came across a new project: Effigy Miniatures: A New Sci-fi & Fantasy Miniatures Line http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1470153821/effigy-miniatures-a-new-sci-fi-and-fantasy-miniatu Looks like they are starting out with Sci-fi and Fantasy figures... but I've followed the sculptor Tom Mason for a while now, and his work is phenomenal! An image from the Kickstarter page: I'm definitely going to back this project. Spread the word and let's get this project funded!

i think some of the "less emotionally engaging" is from playing the same basic games / concepts over and over again. sure, there are new games.... but few have new ideas / concepts.

You listed many reasons why things may be slow: * CPU - Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 * RAM - DDR2 * Graphics Card - SAPPHIRE Radeon X1950PRO 256MB An SSD might speed things up a little too :)

i'm intrigued that Stronghold 3 is supposed to be more like the first one, which i liked alot. hopefully there is a little bit of Crusader element thrown in.
