PC. A 280 is more than enough to hit 60fps with a few minor settings turned down, and if you don't mind playing at 30fps, you'll have no issues maintaining a locked 30 with all the bells and whistles turned up.

Eh, sniper rifles are kinda shit imo in Insurgency. I find it much better to simply go with the EBR or FAL equipped with the 7X scope--both weapons are more than capable of one shotting anyone and they have the advantage of being able to fire semi or full auto rather than bolt action.

Not really. It's been a pretty amazing year for RPGs with Divinity OS, Grimrock 2, and (hopefully if it's actually good and not a repeat of DA2) Dragon Age Inqu.

I stopped pre-ordering games like 10 years ago when I realized that I could run into a gamestop and grab the game regardless of whether or not I pre-ordered it, and now with steam, I don't see the point.
