@evil-zodiark That is some very dumb statements u made. Let me tell you y.
All char unlocked might sound good but when u get a guy on ur team that is jumping aroung diffrent champs JUST because they are unlocked mean ur team is at a disadvantage because they are not skilled with many champs if non at all. LOL locked champ and there ip system mean that when u unloack a champ ur not doing it on a whime. U saw what u liked and once unlock the champ u will master it and not jump around.
Spending more time playing mean u are better skilled so i dont know how u think dota that does not make u want to play much is some how going to make u a better player.
as for runes, u only played 60 hrs or so and maybe not even a 100 matches. Because of that u dont realize that for someone like me that has played more then 400 matches, at this point u pretty much unlocked all runes and they dont mean much in game, not as much as skill does. Riot locked them at first to make u rely on other things like ur teamwork and skill to make u win games not runes. Someone who buys runes with money is digging there own grave. They will win early lvls but as they go higher they will lose because their skill does not match up.
