steam machine specs with gtx 770 is what i expected xbox one (without kinect) to be.

since we're on the topic of "next gen", is there any chance you guys can review (at 60 fps) the nvidia gtx 780 ti to when it drops this month? also what about AMD mantle and how that plays into the next gen cross platform games.

@sammoth @obsequies only because they are held back by consoles low bandwidth garbage tech from 2004 and console ports.

consoles are the bane of video gaming in todays world. they hold EVERYTHING back.

dirt 3 on PC (2011) looks better.

definitely. i know, i'm one of them.

microsoft has lost 1/3 of it's install base already. give it 1 year and everyone will switch to ps4 when they find out all the creepy weird stuff that xbox one will try to entangle people with.

@dalua360 the kinect is what drove me away from microsoft forever. what they are planning is pure evil and i will have NOTHING to do with it.

-love the xbox one controller - hate the xbox one system because of kinect and low bandwidth

-love the ps4 system - hate the controller (absolutely can't go back to dual shock after using 360 controller)

going with pc and maybe buy a steam machine for the living room.
