By the time the devs have learned to show a gap the PS4/720 will gap it up a notch.

I like 'em both... But don't own a Vita yet. Aside from Sony's BS with those memory card ripoffs, I've played and liked the Vita- just can't justify the purchase when I know I'll shelf it & keep grinding 3DS games. When Vita can pry me away from Mariokart7, OoT, SSFIV 3D ed., etc I'll buy it for sure... But I wanted to wait & see if Vita 2000 will drop its stupid 100$ cards for MSproduo or whatever, and waiting on killer software.

"I am an adult" yeah, I've watched enough Dateline:To Catch a Predator to know that when people say that on the internet something is usually illegal about the situation...

Bah, you kids these days. In my day, let alone checkpoints, you didn't even have battery back up in some cartridges- if you didn't beat it in one go you started back at square one. I remember the first TMNT on NES, I've seemingly repressed most memories of it but I do remember being down 3 turtles and only having Raphael to finish the job- the sai had some pretty aweful range.

How are facts "dumb as ****"? M$ has admitted to failure rates of as high as 33%, and that's just not good. I assure you, there isn't a gamer more anal about the treatment of their gaming horde as me. The 360 RROD was my first broken console/handheld since I started gaming in the early eighties, and they (aside from the one 360) ALL STILL work properly. It never moved since initial setup, I don't smoke in the house, about 14 months later its done. Even the fiercest Lems will tell you you're lucky it still works. I will admit that neither of the two 360's I've owned have scratched my games, but can you honestly tell me there is even ONE other device that has warranted EB/Gamestop to be able to sell "scratch protection insurance" when you purchase a game at their retail outlets? It's quite an old epidemic, I'm surprised this is the first you're hearing of it. I won't insult your intelligence though- apparently you just don't get out much. It's cool though, do a couple of quick searches and you'll find out what I'm talking about.

The 360 is full of win... Cuz I know a guy on 360#8 and three guys on #7. Great way to boost sales if you think about it, make a console that WILL break, after scratching up all of your games printed on a last gen storage medium. This console runs on tiger blood! I'm only on #2 Cuz I play multiplats on PS3, and I hate Halo, so pretty much just boot it up everytime a Gears of War comes out- then two weeks later shut it off for a couple of years. Winning, pshhhhhh... Nobody wins concerning the breakyest console ever... Exept Micro$oft. Fanboys will EACH have spent enough on 360 gouging their games, breaking down and gold subscriptions this generation to have afforded a PS3, a Wii, a PC powerhouse, a 105" 3D LED, every game on the systems and a house to put them in. Yes, M$ truly won system wars, 'till forever + infinity and no tag-backs or quadruple shame on you. Wink ;)

For the first time since NES my favorite console (PS3) is a non-Nintendo product. That being said, really? Sony innovation? Like how they, umm, put a light ball on a Wii-mote? I love it because of the hardware, I like how games are on blu ray so REAL 3D can be accomplished, I like how much better bluetooth works than the alternative, simply put its the best device you can buy to compliment a nice television. But, historically speaking best hardware rarely puts you in first place...

SSIV>the rest of 'em

The current pinnacle of fighters IMO. Might be that it's just too old school for some, maybe some ppl don't like it cause their version is played on a console with dog s*** for a D-pad but it's the bees knees pure and simple.
