Most probably a Dunmer or Argonian.

There will be enemy patrols in cars/boats roaming around but in this game once you capture an outpost there will be no more respawns yea.

Just a console fanboy kid  that's frustrated  because this game gets a superior release on the PC and he doesn't have a rig powerfull enough to play it, nothing to see here move along.
