I can run Oblivion perfectly, but can't get past the main menu now. I can click all the buttons, they all work. But when I click "new game" and then "yes" it won't make a new game! Why does it do this?

Hi, I'm using a Toshiba Qosmio X305 and I know this laptop is more then capable to run this game in High settings. I downloaded about 5 quest mods, 2 race mods, 4 unofficial patch mods, obse and obmm. Through obmm, I installed all my mods and tried running Oblivion through obse, obmm, and with the normal start-up all failed. The game will go full screen, but not even the Bethesda sign comes up and it closes. It worked fine before when I had a different set of mods, but I've been working on this since last night. I run the program on admin, and I downloaded http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22282 as well, and it still doesn't work. Can someone please resolve my problem?

Seriously, all I can find are these stupid Mahjong Puzzle crap. What the hell is going on? I don't even mind if it's in some kind of language I can't read, I just want to play some traditional 16 tile Mahjong on my f*ing DS, but not even Asian developers seem to have that... :\
