The hard drive is detachable. You should be able to find it on your PS3. Its a compartment on the side of your PS3. You'll need a specific screwdriver, if memory serves me right I believe it to be a Phillips screw.

Where the hell is Warhawk? That game has some of the most elite players and is one of the hardest games to master.

I went to the playstation forums and I found this interesting topic, has this happened to anyone? I'm afraid to start MW2 and play it now. Can anyone confirm PS3's are really having issues reading discs after this update?

I find myself going back and playing a lot of PS2 games on my 60 gig system. Sometimes I will go for weeks without playing a single PS3 game although I play some game just about every day. The main thing is how many PS2 games do you like and would be playing on the system.jimm895

I was only looking forward to a few PS2 and PS1 games such as kingdom hearts 1/2, the few final fantasys on the PS1 and the PS2 and GoW 1/2. which doesnt seem like I'm missing much anyways if I decide to go for a newer model PS3.

Thanks for the information guys! looks like I'll be buying a brand new PS3!

does the slim PS3 overheat like some people have said? I already own a Fat 40gb PS3 and that one has never frozen on me.

Does anyone have any great PS3 deals?

Thanks again for the information guys!

Well, I'm buying a USED ps3 soon and I've been looking at the 60gb and 80gb models that have the software emulation to play PS1 and PS2 games.

I wanted to know if its actually worth buying it USED for just BC, I also was curious to how many PS3 owners actually play their older PS2 games or PS1 games.I'm also on the fence of wether I should buy it NEW.

I appreciate your inputs and hopefully I can get some insightful help!

[QUOTE="bano123"]

[QUOTE="heretrix"]They don't allow you to install the game to the HD?

heretrix

I would think so but I already have Halo 3 installed =p.

Get rid of some junk, man. You probably have some demos you don't need on your HD.

After reading I'll be switching back and forth, maybe installing it to my HD isn't such a bad idea.
