The Bureau: XCOM Declassified, is an underrated TPS, but it can't decide to be XCOM or not and is very expensive.

Don't call it Portal: that wouldn't do it justice. Antichamber is the most clever and worthwhile puzzler you will find.

Amnesia: The Dark Descent is a perfect combination of story, puzzle, and pure terror that is worth its fairly low price.
