Trading a ps3 game into gamestop with not for re-sale slaped on to it..will they take it?

i already know they dont take sealed games but what about if it says not for resale on the back

this happen recently when im downloading a game demo (MLB) it take a long time to download and this is happening right now when its is downloading i plug in the psp charger everything is connected right but i dont see the orange light that verifys that it is charging

is it not charging? or it is but the orange light dosnt show?

sometimes when i go to internet browser and go to a website there is a pop up saying

"There is not enough memory.

Close a tab or go to [tools]>[settings]

[view settings] and set [conserve

memory] to [on]. the [conserve memory]

feature may help in some cases"

is there anything i can do so this would never happen again

i bought a psp from a friend from skool for 50 everything works fine until i tried to get online there it say there is an internal error with numbers and letter

i know this will effect the updating my psp also

is there a way where i can update my psp without using the psp internet or is there a way to fix my internal error
