Cool, I love the SimCity games. How does this compare?

How old are you, I'm 30 in a couple of days and IMO most indie games aren't worth it.
Maybe because you prefer the newer style of games to the more old school style games.
Nintendo CAN afford better but they would rather risk everything just to save a few dollars. Pathetic.
Because comparing the best of the last hardware to the worst of the new hardware is always the best way to do it
This really only applies to Nintendo's consoles though
Why?
Launch games never represent the graphics power of a new console
Other consoles launch games generally show substantial improvements over the previous gen' best, that's not the case with Nintendo where even the best looking games still don't really up show the previous gen's best.

As far as graphics go would you say the Switch is only about 1.5 gens ahead of the gamecube? The gamecube and wii were the same graphically and the wii u and switch are more or less the same. So in a way, the switch, a ninth gen console, is only a gen ahead of the gamecube, a 6th gen console.
I do believe Ocarina of Time did that already and that game was as Violence & Sexual Content as it can get for a N64 game. Looking at you naked Ruto, looking at you sexy Fairy Princess.
That would be Conker's Bad Fur Day
@augustevans: I'm curious to see what would happen if they release the next main line Pokémon exclusively to switch. If anything could save Switch from selling poorly it's Pokémon.
yea that's true. I doubt it though unless the switch does end up replacing the 3ds later on.
The Switch is actually very powerful, considering it is a handheld. It needs to have a ton of games to justify its price point and the paid online, though, and I'm skeptical it will deliver on that front.
But it's also a console. They should have marketed as a handheld.
Yeah. I think their reveal did a good job of demonstrating the console as a handheld. Really only showed a few seconds of it being played in docked mode. It will be interesting to see what angle they use going forward. It's Nintendo, so I wouldn't be surprised at all to see no commercials and then just notice the Switch on the shelves at Target one day in March like I did the Wii U.
I'm just curious to see how well or bad it will sell, seeing as it's not exactly a great turn around system coming from the wii u.
