same here ... thought this is the best lego game i've played since Star Wars... my only gripe is the flight controls are random and weird (they should patch this seriously!)
I love flying fast as superman, but when you slow him down theres no real way to hover and move around, its a bit irritating as i think it makes something simple like flying and then just landing on top of a building edge hard.. it might have even been easier just to stick to conventional flight movement or the way he flies in levels maybe... aside from that im absoultely loving this game and think the GS review is a bit harsh.
1. GTA IV (DLC included here aswell thats pretty much my top 3! hah!) 2. Arkham Asylum 3. Uncharted 2 4. God of war 3 5. ... not sure really might put dead space or red dead here or something else but GTA IV was the one soooo awesome..
just watched Battle : LA and thought wouldn't it be awesome if a game similar to the movie was out.. kind of like call of duty mixed with aliens (well thats what the film felt like to me).
i know there is resistance that i've not played but i keep on getting told its boring more than its epic, killzone 3 aswell but i don't think its based too much on earth.
I got crysis 2 and that seems quite close and plus with the realistic settings in NY its awesome. im not asking for a recommendation just want to know if i've missed anything else out worth mentioning.
Also what would you guys think if they released Call of duty about an alien invasion rather then humans vs humans or zombies.
im on ps+ and downloaded it thought it was a joke, not the game just the install process!!... its about 700mb or so to download then you got to download some update and then you have to download another 1.4gig ?!?!... i just couldn't be bothered and am not going to try it out anymore.
its awesome, not nothing groundbreaking or anything but easily a refreshing game in the fps market no other game has similar gameplay and the multiplayer is awesome, its all about tactics and then looking badass doing it...get it i hope the multiplayer community sticks with this because it is really good.
crysis 2 mate...trust me on that one.. if the first one is anything to go by it blows kz3 out of the water....but most comments you got here are actually true the multiplayer for killzone is reliable but it has one annoying issue with the stupid spawn traps(that was in kz2 aswell). sotry wise/single player you have got to go with crysis especially as the majority of reviews have said kz has a poor single player story...you need to weigh up what you want more a single player experience or multiplayer?..with crysis online is the only thing im not sure about. but the footage looks sweet but reviewers said it seemed average from the beta.
seriously after reading the comments here it don't seem too bad to me but i gotta ask for those of you who are married, don't your wives get annoyed (i say wives because im assuming most men would be ok with gaming)?!... i always assumed when i get married the misses would probably throw out my consoles, either that or you lot are amazingly lucky to have partners that enjoy your hobby with you. i can get away with playing the kiddy type games like LBP or the Move games with the women in my family, but hard core games like DS2 would be problematic.
yea the headset should be fine... do you have a sound system on your pc though?...why not use optical instead?...plus i didn't know that vga adapters cause sound not to work
