I'm enrolled in a history class and government class, and I'm concerned that I won't get all the notes that the teacher lectures us on. So I've been trying to record the classes with the microphone built into my laptop. Long story short, it didn't work out. I was looking for something like a directional microphone that plugs into my laptop so that I can record everything he says and take notes at the same time. Any products you know of would be a big help.
Thanks again.

You also might get slapped with likeness rights, and they could get a cut of your profit.

Also, I'm sorry I forgot this, I am running at 1920x1080.

I run games like World in conflict, Crysis, Crysis Warhead, all the Call of Dutys, GTAIV, and more. Mostly the top ranked games on PC.

i would say stick with the sli 9800gtx and wait for the next gen cards 5870/gtx 380 before thinking about upgrading. if anything u might upgrade ur cpu or overclock it and see a boost.

Maybe this will help too. My system specs:

Intel Q6600 @ 3.2 GHz

XFX 780i

1000w Coolermaster PSU

Coolermaster HAF

Creative XtremeGamer

and ofcourse the 2 9800GTX's

Also thats the second post I have seen talking about the next gen cards. Was there some recent news on them?

I currently have 2 9800GTX's and I'm thinking about doing some upgrading. I am thinking about selling both for $200 and picking up a GTX285. I would like to know what the masses think I should do, but please before you recommend anything try and use benchmarks to back your recommendation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

[QUOTE="yoyo462001"][QUOTE="nVidiaGaMer"]

All I have to say is that the 360 version of GTA IV runs and looks better then GTA IV does on my PC and I have a Phenom X4 @ 2.5GHz, 4GB RAM, and a Overclocked 9800GTX. Everything was on medium because trying high textures requires over a gig of V-RAM I believe and I was getting frames in the 20s and even then the 360 version looked better. Its not till you run the game on high till it looks better then the 360 version and to do that ... its not going to happen. Plus I'm using the new patch for the GTA IV PC version shadows kills my performance.

its not even a case of hardware power, but lack of optimization on the part of Rockstar. its pretty poor if you ask me what theyve done to the PC version.

Either way you look at it the game is very demanding well optimized or not.

Its not really that demanding if you think about it. Or at least it shouldn't be. There are games that look much better than it that run better. Bad optimization all around.
