the processor is a bit outdated, the memory is a bit low, the harddrive is a bit too small and you dont need ssd.(the problem with ssd is that they are a bit small for all of the game data so they are best used for storage of games that saves elsewhere.) the graphics card is decent though but with that kind of power source you should use a stronger graphics card. it will be able to run starcraft 2 perfectly though because its requirements isnt that high but company of heroes 2 could be too much. as for the monitor, i wouldnt recommend it, i have an asus monitor myself and its buttons stopped working. its graphics also became unclear after a while.
battle realms is good but its unit production system is very similar to war wind but easier to use. another game that uses that system is besieger. starcraft 2 is gameplay wise similar to old school games like starcraft and warcraft 2 but its graphics is of course much better. there is a game named glest that have lots of mods and that is free.(freeware) i am working on a warcraft 3 map that adds extra races and some of those have quite a few units.(the animals for example gets enough units to nearly fill a building but they have other unit production buildings as well and the ability to train workers into units.)
