Well, I spank my little brother (just turned 4) too, and he spanks me, because he learned it from me. But that doesn't mean we're in a secret relation (that would be awkward, because I'm 16 :P).
I shouldn't take it too serious, I mean, the guy is YOUR boyfriend right? Not his sister's.
