Can not for the life of me knock out the last assassin Rouf and his two Bandits with blast shields, Im at level 11 and shouldnt have this much of an issue but Ive easily spent 600 dollars regenerating on this last Assassin, any help?

Hm I have had no problems with any of the bosses. I find them all quite easy. I am level 14 now. Just use a fast sniper rifle and headshot them until they come close and then use a fast fire gun. That works every time for me.
