I believe they ended up in D.C. When Raiden meets Rose at the end she asks him whether he remembers the place and he replies that it was were they first met. In a previous codec conversation with Rose, she reminds Raiden with the day when they first met. And she clearly states that it was in D.C.

I've never played a Tom Clancy game. I got the first Splinter Cell when it was released but it never worked for me. So I returned it and got MGS2.

If you guys would recommend a Tom Clancy game on PS2, what would it be? I might consider getting another Splinter Cell, but I'm not so sure.

MGS, no doubt. The best story, the best gameplay. And in my opinion, the best upcoming game on a next- gen console.

True, but usually companies tend to keep announcements like this on the down-low. Microsoft and Sony get angry when companies announce stuff like this.HyperMetaDragon

Then let them get angry. They have nothing to do about it. It's not like they will come out and say that they don't want EA to work with them anymore. Plus, both companies- specially Sony- use even more awful methods to make money. They shouldn't complain if other companies learn from them.

Translation: "The Wii has a larger fanbase and rakes in more cash. Thus, we could've made more money if we bet on the Wii."HyperMetaDragon

True, but I don't see anything wrong with that. Isn't getting money what any company- gaming or no gaming- aims at? If they think they can make more money focusing on Wii, then that's great. The Wii players will get a great collection of games and EA will get much money. It's a win-win situation here.

I have a PS2 for more than 3 years now and I never had a problem with my discs being left in the console. Actually, I don't remember reading in the manual that I should remove them :?

Get Subsistence... and if you can find the original MGS, that would be fun too (but the graphics don't hold up too well). The nice part about Subsistence is that since it's a prequel, you don't need to know about the plot of the previous games (to my understanding).Funkyhamster

Wouldn't it be great if Konami made a re-make of the original MGS? Everyone loved its plot, imagine having it with next-gen graphics.

Comparing between the original MGS3 and Subsistence, you should definitely get Subsistence.
