Really a no brainer: PS4 all the way. Why spend $3000 when $399 will give you the better experience? About the only reason I would consider getting a gaming PC right now is for Star Citizen and that new Elite game, simply because they are not on the PS4.

This game will not be out in 2014. I really have to wonder just what brand of high grade opiate compound the gaming press is on when they just assume this as fact. The game has no release date, Ubisoft cant hit its first release date to save its hide, so probably looking at mid to late 2015.

But Ubisoft has really screwed itself up right now. Wait to much longer and they start to bump up against coughDESTINYcough. Should be cool for comedy relief.

After the 2013 season in franchise mode, I figured I'd be outside at the Minnesota University stadium for 2014. The new season starts and I am still inside in some generic stadium that:

A: Looks nothing like the new stadium the Vikes will be in

B: Has none of the official "sound effects" from the Dome (the Horn after first downs, and no boom after a score)

I would like to be accurate and be outside or inaccurate and be back in the Dome.

....... since Pachter has just called it a "joke". Pacher has the market if stupid cornered. It shocks me that someone who is wrong about games sooo much is paid to study the game business. His masterpiece was predicting that GTA V was done and a slam dunk for Fall 2012 (reality, an area that Pacher knows bubpkiss about is that the game was about half done).

By saying PsNow is dumb means it will succeed.

Good theory, but really I think its the fact that Rockstar (on last gen) made Watch_Dogs (on next gen) look dated. I think they would have delayed it not made it theb"OMG THE GAME OF THE NEXT GENERATION " poster child if it had been a legal issue.

Just saw Patcher is thinking its March, so thats all the proof i need that its definitely NOT March (Pacther is an idiot, he had GTA V as a slam dunk release in October of 2012.....) One store site says March, all others say June, and naturally all the pundits assume the March date is true. Huh? I hear that kind of logic is a felony on Vulcan punishable by death (or being forced to watch Star Trek V for eternity, which is probably worse than death)

Its not the release date. The last couple weeks that date popped up on a store website and went from rumor to bona fide fact in record time (and thats saying something, considering that the Internet has redefined what "viral" means)

The Law of the Internet states that "rumor, oft repeated, becomes fact". At some point people assume that it's the people making the software doing the talking. Ubisoft is saying and has said nothing since October. So the target is still Q2 of 2014, which means April, May, or June. Also, March 21 is a Friday. Most games are released on Tuesday.

My prediction is the 2nd week of June. But if they REALLY had to start over to measure up to GTA V, we could be looking at lateb2014
