Put it on a sturdy, well ventilated area lying down on it's side. This will reduce ring burns and overheating issues, which would be your two big reasons to deal with customer service. As far as what games, what games DO you like to play? It's an easier question to answer if you have a preferred genre rather than one genre you can't stand.

You'd get somewhere around 22-25 bucks for Reach torwards Black Ops. Just keep in mind that when trading in games at GameStop, you get ZERO additional for having the case, artwork, instructions. A loose disc is worth just as much as one in the case. The only time you'll lose vaule is if it looks too scratched up to play. In that case a refurb fee will be placed on your game.

As an owner of all 3 consoles, I'll say the Wii is the system I bought the first and I use the least. I love all of Nintendos first party games, and no one can argue how well the Wii has done and what Nintendo did accomplish with the motion controls. But as a couple other posters said. It's all about the money. They "copied" Nintendo merely to try to take some of the casual market share away from Nintendo. But if we really are playing the copy game...I think Nintendo can give the CD's and DVD's back to Sony, because Sony made the use of the disc format in the video game industry widely used. Can you imagine if the big three didn't copy each other to make their own systems better? Also keep in mind that VERY few of the games that are good only because of the motion controls. Mario, Zelda...even Nintendo's first party games that are considered great games....have always been great, even on the arguably failed GC. The idea of motion controls paints a picture of a untited family playing all in the same room together...combined with an affordable launch price? That means alot of Moms out there to buy the Wii and DS to get their family together. Give credit where it's due, Nintendo did use motion controls to outsell the 360 and PS3. But MS used LIVE to make the online gaming a realistic goal, and one that Nintendo WILL no doubt continue to copy. The Wii goes online. And they "copied" that from LIVE. They already have tried with the friend codes. So all three companies use each other to innovate.

Side note...While I love Metacritc and GameRankings. I know Metacritic does assign ratings to games based on reviews that don't actually give a rating. I read one reivew on there. Sounded like the reviewer would have given the game a 75 imo...Metacritic decieded that clearly he gave it a 35. No actual score was given on the reiview. Metacritic does that on ALL games if a score isn't provided. So watch using them in a debate.

Dirt series is my off road racing game for the 360. Forza is where it's at for simulation and street on the 360. There are some other solid games, GRID, PGR come to mind, but Forza seems to own the 360 like GT owns the PS3. Honestly haven't played a NFS with any length since Most Wanted...just can't do those anymore. Too much of a gearhead. I used to love the arcade racers, but they just dont stack up to Forza for me. That being said...I've been meaning to check out Hot Pursuit because back when it was called that...I LOVED it. Gotta try it just humor myself right?

I entered mine on the 360 awhile ago and I've recieved no calls or anything, Only thing to watch out for is your LIVE sub because that will automatically renew(1, 3, or 12 month, whatever it is set to) if you don't tell it to not renew if you have a credit card in there.

I personally haven't played the game enough to run into many glitches and I will probably shelve the game until a patch comes out to solve many of them I've heard. I know that having a DLC package will increase the risk of a game breaking glitch. A friend had done almost everything in the game, went to load a save and it couldn't it. He tried every save he had and every one was glitched out. Had to start it over completely. Just another to add to the ones already mentioned on here.

In the good old days, I would stay absolutely dedicated to one game until I beat every last little bit of it. But I've expanded that list to several games as I've grown older. I no longer have near the time to play games, so when I do, I want to make sure it is whatever I want to play at that moment. Even if a game is great, I just can't force myself to play a game if I'm thinking about another game anymore. So, currently I have Alan Wake, New Vegas, Borderlands, Forza 3, Black Ops, Reach, Gran Turismo 5, soon to start Assassin's Creed Brotherhood and as always, Trials HD that I'm playing. Damn...I need to focus! I will admit that all of this goes out the window when Dead Space 2 comes out. Everything else will be put on hold for that one!

I only got one game for Christmas this year. Ninjabread Man for the Wii. That's right. I already beat it too. Took me about 45 minutes if I was lucky. To be honest, when I got it, I truly was bummed out not that I got it, but that my mother actually paid something for it. But, then I got home and played it, and it wasn't as horrible as all the reviews say it is. Let's just say I didn't want to kill myself for the 45 it did last. That's how the reviews sound.

This is the kicker: My bro told me later that my mom was ALMOST going to buy me Zack and Wiki, but he talked her out of it because he felt that if I wanted that, I would buy it. Then, he was lured in by the comical name of Ninjabread Man, and he talked her into getting that. I guess she had a coupon, so it only cost slightly more than the typical movie, but still...it's too bad my bro didn't looked up a bit before he talked her out of buying a great game, from what I hear, and he talked her into a very short, and fairly horrible game.

Hey, for all of you guys who want to promote your account...and you're 18, but you only have 1 card....go ahead and promote your account. I used the same card when I promoted my account as I did when I set my account up in October, so I was 17, and it took the info just the same. It worked perfectly. I don't know if MS said you need a different card number, but I didn't need a different one.

For the guy who was 18, but still has a child account:

Search "adult account on Xbox live" without the quotes.

It should be the second one down, which is www.majornelson.com one.

Also, to the person who said that people under 18 shouldn't be allowed access to Mature reated content:

The ESRB set Mature rating to 17+. That means I, a 17 year old, can go to ANY retailer and buy Bioshock as long a the store is open and has Bioshock in the store. But, I can't download the demo off of Xbox live. That's just plain odd that MS would decide to restrict 17 yr olds from content that the ESRB has already deemed appropriate for 17+ people. As I've said, I'm turning 18 in 2 days, so I could care less. But I actually try and look at the situation from different points of view, and as such, if I had turned 17 shortly before this, I would be pissed.

All I think is that we should set a standard and stick with it, rather than having MS have 18+ being able access to Mature content, and the ESRB saying 17+ for access to Mature content. For everyone who is younger than 17, sure, it sucks, but you really are not supposed to be playing the games anyway. So, I'm for it as far as that goes, but I think as far as being a 17 year old, you get the shaft in this particular instance.
