I'm sure out of the hundreds upon hundreds of games made in Japan there's at least 1 that you would enjoy. Saying you don't like any of them seems ridiculous.
I won't unless they drastically improve the gameplay and dungeon design. Persona 3/4 have some of the worst dungeon design I have ever seen.
That's probably the only thing they could really improve. Random dungeons aren't for everyone.
Random dungeons are fine, there are many roguelikes that have extremely complex random dungeons. Persona 3/4 have terrible, extremely simplistic random dungeons that only act as filler.
@Yangire: Which comics are you talking about, specifically? I know Swamp Thing, which is pretty good, has mixed in there other heroes of the DC universe. I thought that was pretty cool how it did that.
I wish most mainstream comics didn't fall under the superhero "genre". I started reading some horror comic and the author felt like it was necessary to add superheroes into it, it really limits the medium.
I believe someone from the lounge or on GS recommended that i read this manga called yowamushi pedal last year.
I didn't read it but god damn i have seen three episodes of the anime and its super great. it's similar to slam dunk as the main character doesn't even like the sport but when forced to do it in a situation where he is challanged he gets beaten but also puts out an impressive potential that the rival recommends that he joins the team and the main character realises that he enjoyed doing it. then the anime really starts.
Freaking great and love how they explain stuff and all that dramatic shonen action moments and suddenly the main character gets strong lol. gets your blood pumping.
Also does anyone watch baseball anime? i don't even like the sport but could be interesting.
Was probably me, I remember bringing it up a few times. As for baseball anime the popular options are Major, Dia no Ace, and One Outs.
