I don't really know what these specs mean, but i've done some research and its my graphics card which has the problem because it is terrible, because it is on a laptop.

How do i update my graphics card to run this game, and any other recent game for that matter? I dont know where to look and dont really know how easy/complicated it is. Any help will be appreciated because the internet just offers countless solutions
