4) Yes and no, depends on what im doing. Most of the time thou theirs no CD in the PS3, i normally take them out depending on what im doing or plan on doing the next day. Call it situational

7) Yes, It's on an entertainment like stand but theirs about 6 feet of space on both sides and 2 feet above it and a 32" HDTV above it on the top shelf.

15) Yea, Once. Rainbow Six Vegas when i first got my PS3 crashed and went to the XMB than i just restarted the game. Other time was when Rainbow Six Vegas 2 froze but i've only seen that Once.
