Didn't Tomb Raider sell about a million copies in 48 hours? So what's this nonsense about games with female leads don't sell? FFXIII didn't sell either apparently (4.5 million worldwide.) I like playing as a female character because the whole "pissed-off, war-torn, overly-muscular brute" thing has been beat to death. Besides, its like the bumper sticker says, "girls kick ass!"

@robotquest @Stino @corpsebound @moudi2010 Both games have bonfires, cheap deaths and an unrelenting addictive quality.

Ya know what would be awesome? If they put out a sequel on current-gen systems. That way they could use the same engine and focus all resources and packing it full of content without having to build a new next-gen engine from scratch (which would take time and money). I might just start a petition.

@Ink129 @wexorian I really liked Underworld and gave it a good review. I think very highly of that game. This game however, CRUSHES Underworld like a pop can IMO.

This game is so good it gives me goosebumps. It just seems like CD had an amazingly clear and cohesive vision of what they were going for and executed it masterfully. I just hope that developers realize that these are the kinds of games that gamers want. In my opinion, they can keep their facebook sharing and twitter tweeting out of console gaming and just give us killer games like this one.

I personally feel that Dark Souls wasn't difficult. It had difficult moments for sure, but overall it was challenging yet fair, for the most part. I feel the game wasn't hard for the sake of being hard, it's really only hard if you dont play smart, as playing stupid will get you killed and cost you a lot of souls. I liked the lack of hand-holding and player guidance. It leaves more things to be discovered by the player in my opinion, which lent itself well to the overall lonely and isolated feel of the game. Either way, day one buy for me.

Publishers pull stuff like this all the time, and then gripe becuase people buy their games used. All Capcom had to do was issue an online pass to first time buyers, and then they could get some of all of the characters for no additional cost. Thats not even my biggest complaint though. DLC aside, the online for SFxT on 360 is an atrocious joke. I can't believe they had the nerve to call it a finished product. They took our money, and so far, no news of anything being fixed for the online. (inb4getbetterinternet) My internet is the fastest available in my area.

Whether an idividual is straight, gay male, female, transgender, black, white, rich, poor etc., that idividual will get hated on in thier life at some point. No matter what, you will get made fun of. People need to just be who and what they are and not worry about acceptance. Just be at peace with yourself.

I dont have a problem with the choices one can make in the game, I just think it is kind of silly that GameSpot presents this article like it is news and then goes on to state in this article that games like Fable, DA, and even earlier Mass Effect titles have given players the homosexual options. Let just call this article what it really is, another excuse to fill the page with Mass Effect 3 (which I'm sure will be an awesome game, but articles like this are unneccesary in my opinion.)
